I would never go to here because of the price range for salad. I got a few chances to enjoy the food through my company. I have tried Puebla (not pictured), Mandarin, and Dave's Taco Bowl. They were all quite delicious and filling. I don't have the food coma impact right after lunch. And I could have a light dinner without feeling hungry. I really think that the food is good as long as you can afford it :)
I order here at least once a week and am always pleased with the quality, flavor and proportions. Tons of options means it doesn't get old, and it honestly feels like whoever is making my order actually cares and hasn't just thrown it together in a rush. I'm a salad fiend and like to think I know what I'm talking about here. :)
This is my fav Mixt location. The crew is very friendly and always does a great job of putting together a well made salad. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. Gotta love a Mixt salad.

Our goto spot for salads. Never disappoints. Fresh and good mixed salads. You can even customize your salads. I wish there was some other choice of meat like salmon, but they don't have an active hot kitchen. They are just mixing precooked stuff with salad. Overall we never stop going.
Went to MIXT today for lunch. I usually don't go for salads much but my doctor has been pestering me to eat better, so here I am. I sure miss the days when we had Fresh Choice but this is all we have now. I got the ELOTE here and I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty a salad can be. It had avocados, grape tomatoes, cilantro, fire roasted corn and chicken to go along with this creamy lime dressing. Only thing I didn't like was the price tag of $18 for a bunch lettuce but hey these are the sign of the times. Try the ELOTE while it's on the menu (seasonal item).
Order your salad how you like it. Step up to a long line of salad ingredients, And simply say what kind of greens and goodies you desire, or order one of their Mixt Salads. I like their Chicken Caesar salad, no croutons. Today their agua fresca is delicious, with turmeric and blood orange. Easy and fast.
